We ship nationwide, or you can pickup in Raleigh, NC. Be sure to take lots of pictures. We love to see them!

Return Your Rental

Pack your rentals in our reusable shipping bag after your event and head to your carrier. For Raleigh, NC customers, you can pickup and drop off at no charge.

Do you offer design services?

We'd love to help you plan your table, party or event! It can be overwhelming to select, so feel free to reach out at We are happy to send options and pairing suggestions!

Is there an order minimum?

No! Rent only what you need.

When will my items be delivered?

Items will be delivered by the date selected. We recommend selecting delivery 1-2 days before your event.

How can I reserve products for a specific event or date?

Our website will ask you to select your 4-day rental period for your items. The price is for the entire rental period not a per day price. Once we have received your request, we will send a quote for you to confirm your selections. Once payment is received, your inventory is confirmed.

How far in advance do I need to book my rental?

We require as little as 3 days of advanced notice to prepare your order. However, we recommend reserving your rental early to guarantee inventory availability.

How should I clean my items before returning?

We launder all pieces between rentals. Just ensure the linens are free of debris before returning. If they are damp, please air dry before packing.

Do you have enough stock for my event?

We carry multiples of all of our products. If you are hosting a larger event of 30+, please reach out to discuss how we can best accommodate you.

When do I have to return my rentals?

All rentals include up to a 4-day rental period. Rentals are considered late if they are not returned or postmarked on the final day of your rental period. A $25 daily late fee will apply to late rentals.

What if I don't use an item I rented?

If rented items are not used a refund will not be provided as the items were out of inventory and unavailable to other customers.

How do I return my items?

For returns being shipped, please keep the reusable shipping bag received with your order. A return packing slip will be provided for you to use with detailed instructions inside.

What if an item is damaged?

Canary will charge a replacement fee for any item damaged that can no longer be rented again. Damaged beyond repair can include: stains, tears, candle wax, mildew, burns, or damage from self laundering. We will notify you before any damages are charged to your card.

What size tablecloth do I need?
